This ultra-lightweight, flame-retardant speaker is designed for a 70-volt paging system in aircraft. Rather than a heavy transformer, the design utilizes a high-impedance voice coil along with resistors to allow multiple power taps. It's an ideal solution for high-intelligibility communications and in applications where weight and space must be minimized.

The EEN4FR-8A creates voice range sound engineered for aerospace interior cabins. An aluminum basket and neodymium magnet reduces this speaker’s weight from the more common ferrite magnet designs. The wire harness can connect via solder tabs or using a 4-40 screw for a strong mechanical connection without solder.
